Hi again.

Hello to anyone who might be reading this. Once again, sorry for the long periods of time between blogs. I think I'm going to start getting back into writing though, so I should be writing more and more frequently. I'm thinking that not too many people read this blog anyway, so it really doesn't matter much! :) Hope everyone is doing well close to this Easter. Our whole family has been running around with our heads cut off. Dad is now doing full time school for his master's degree in epidemiology and working full time for the State Health Department, Kylee's playing the violin 24/7, and I'm singing my fool head off every chance I get. I've been taking some voice lessons, and loving the chances I get to show off my voice. Kylee's really doing well with her violin, and is thinking about taking private lessons this summer. The end of the school year is approaching faster and faster and soon I will be graduating out of junior high and going to Woods Cross high, and (incredibly insane!) Kylee will be graduating elementary school and going to Millcreek Jr. High! Dad has another year of school to go and he is working soo hard to keep his grades up. He is working 40 hours a week and then coming home and killing himself over his schoolwork. It's hard to see him killing himself over school, but I know that (eventually!) he will get through all this school stuff and finally get the job that he's wanted for years. I just want to say (even though he doesn't read the so-called "family" blog :) my Dad is so incredible with his persistence. I love him so much for everything he does for this family. I (I know this is crazy) am looking for my first job! (If anyone knows of any....let me know!) I am starting to drive and am amazed at how fast time goes! In June we'll be taking a trip to Mexico (I'll post pics!) and then in July we'll be moving from our lovely apartments (HEAVY ON THE SARCASM!) in North Salt Lake, into Woods Cross or Bountiful (just a few miles up the road.) Just in case anyone does read this, I'll try to keep it updated better. Hope everyone is doing well, and having a great year. Would love to hear from anyone (or everyone!) who does read this. Thanks,

Merry Christmas!

Hi again everyone! Hope this holiday season finds everyone better than most people in the country are doing right now (: (healthy and happy!) Everytime I blog I apologize for not writing for so long.....so sorry! I get so busy doing everything else that I completely forget that there might be someone out there who cares how the family is doing! Obviously we are all VERY excited for Christmas! I have had to stop Kylee numerous times from peeking :O haha (:! I can tell its going to be a GREAT year!!! I will try to remember to blog again after christmas so i can bore you all with the wonderful stories of our gifts! As a kid it is sometimes very hard to remember that Christmas is NOT all about gifts! This year I have been trying to really think about how lucky I am to have such a wondeful family and that we are all healthy and happy (mostly!) Its so great to know that everyday I can come home to love and support from my family. What a wonderful season to give thanks! Well I am running on! haha so I will wrap this up! I hope everyone has an amazing Christmas and a fantastical New Year. Talk to everyone soon----(:

Update

Hey everyone! Just thought i would update our blog since its been almost a month. We are settling in here and Dad is loving the 5-mile drive to work. We are going to church and meeting some new people. We are getting registered for school: I will be in 9th grade at Millcreek Jr. High and Kylee will be in 6th grade at Washington Elementary. We are both in the last years of our school so we will have another big change next year. I am sad today becuz Breaking Dawn (the new twilight book) is out at midnight and I cant go because i dont know anyone in the area and my dad doesnt want to come, plus i have no money, so i cant buy it anyway. I took a weeklong trip in park city with my aunt and cousins while Kylee was at Clearcreek camp for 5th graders and dad had to stay here and work. It was way fun they stayed at a really cool hotel and we went to Lagoon twice. We also got a new car, it is a dark grey Mazda Tribute and Kylee has named it Jesse. I think its a great car, we all love it a lot! Hope everyone is well, hope to hear some of what u guys are up to soon! Bye everybody and have a great day!

hey everyone. we are moved now and living in SLC. we havent made any friends (yet!) so life is pretty boring...we are having an okay 4th of July, but we cant find anywhere to do fireworks! hope life is good for everyone...have a great 4th of July!

New Account

Some of you may recognize my name, i just changed the account from rickkassidy and kylee.blogspot.com, to rickkassidykylee.com, because like a dummy i screwed up my account!!! Life is good, but boring. We are having another ho-hum summer. Dad is working in Salt Lake at the Health Department. We are moving there at the beginning of July. Kylee is going to camp at the end of June, and Kassidy is being boring--no plays, no camp, no NOTHING!!! But we are all getting along and working on moving...speaking of I better go help pack.
